Limits count active items in the upgraded team's catalog. Deleting or archiving items frees slots. Team members can view that team's catalog and do not pay separately. A user may belong to invited teams, but each team has its own catalog, members, plan, and limits. Stripe checkout shows the exact first charge date before payment details are confirmed.
