Train My Camera helps teams build a private visual catalog and recognize items from uploaded or captured images.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, team membership, authentication provider details, subscription status, catalog item text, uploaded example photos, recognition query images, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide authentication, team access, billing, catalog examples, recognition results, support, abuse prevention, security, service improvement, and basic advertising measurement.

Media

Example photos and recognition images may contain products, workspaces, or people nearby. Teams should avoid uploading private or sensitive images unless they have permission. Raw uploads are pruned after embeddings, thumbnails, or recognition results are created.

Processors

We use service providers such as Resend for transactional email, Stripe for billing, OAuth providers such as Google and Apple, Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, and hosting/database infrastructure needed to operate the product.

Your Choices

You can request account access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate operational reasons.
